Terms of service

Last updated October 29, 2026

Overview
unsoundrags.com is run by UNSOUND RAGS ("we", "us"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, along with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.

Products
Most of what we sell is vintage. Vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind and show age and wear; that is part of what we sell. We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens, and tagged sizes may not match the actual fit. Check the measurements on each listing before buying.

Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Items are not reserved until checkout is complete. If a piece sells out or is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or resale abuse. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns
See our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Vintage items are final sale.

Drops and pre-orders
Limited releases sell on a first-come basis. Pre-order items ship when they're ready; estimated dates are given on the listing and may change.

Our content
All photos, text, logos and designs on this site belong to UNSOUND RAGS and may not be copied or used without our permission. Brand names of vintage items belong to their original owners.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.

Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
