UNSOUND RAGS ("we", "us") runs unsoundrags.com. We sell vintage clothing and our own labels.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site, buy from us online or in store, book a visit, or join our newsletter, and what we do with it. By using our site you agree to this policy.

  • Process, ship and track your orders, and send order and shipping emails

  • Answer your questions about sizing, items and orders

  • Confirm and manage in-store appointments

  • Send our newsletter and early access to drops, only if you sign up (unsubscribe any time from any email)

  • Show relevant ads on Instagram and Facebook

  • Prevent fraud and keep the site secure

  • Understand what people browse so we can improve the site

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout and handles payments (Shopify privacy policy)

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS and DHL), to deliver your order

  • Meta (Instagram and Facebook), for ads and our shop on those apps

  • Our appointment booking app, to schedule in-store visits

  • Law enforcement or regulators, only when the law requires it

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your bag and login working, remember your preferences (like inches or centimetres on size charts), and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but your bag and checkout may stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for taxes and accounting, usually 7 years. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Show you the personal information we hold about you

  • Correct it or delete it

  • Stop using it for marketing

California residents have these rights under the CCPA and CPRA, and residents of the EU and UK have them under the GDPR. We will not treat you differently for using them. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
