Returns must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached. Worn items will be sent back to you.

Wrong or misdescribed items
If you receive the wrong item, or one that doesn't match its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund it once it's returned.

To start a return
Email contact@unsoundrags.com with your order number and the item(s).

Return shipping
We cover return shipping within the US. International customers cover return shipping and any fees.

EU customers
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. See our EU Right of Withdrawal page.

Sizing
Tagged sizes on vintage often don't match the actual fit because of age, washing and shrinkage. Check the flat measurements on each listing against a piece you own.
